DC is overflowing with individuality if that makes sense. Aside from the hippies and revolutionists DMV has artists. Regretfully overshadowed by those who think they are but brilliant in silence. The best of them let their work speak for itself. Victor Ware is a friend I have known for several years. He's helped me grow as an artist through beats as VRS and designing The Recess Mixtape cover. He'll be moving on to bigger and better things soon and I wish him well.
